1. Who are we?

The Digital City Monitor is a service of Yorizon B.V.

Yorizon B.V. is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy.

2. What personal data do we process?

We only process personal data that you provide to us yourself via forms on our website, such as:

• First and last name
• Organisation
• Role
• Email address
• Phone number (if provided)
• Other information you provide voluntarily

In addition, we collect anonymised or pseudonymised visitor data via Google Analytics.

3. Why do we process personal data?

We process personal data only for the following purposes:

• Answering questions and requests;
• Providing information about the Digital City Monitor;
• Maintaining contact following a request or interest;
• Sending newsletters and relevant updates, only if you have given consent;
• Improving our services and website.

We do not use your personal data for sale to third parties or for commercial purposes outside the purposes stated above.

4. Use of Pipedrive

The forms on this website are linked to our CRM system Pipedrive.

When you fill in a form, your data is stored in Pipedrive to follow up your request or contact request. We have made appropriate agreements with Pipedrive to protect your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

5. Use of Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to gain insight into the use of our website and to improve it.

We have set up Google Analytics in a privacy-friendly way in accordance with the guidelines of the Dutch Data Protection Authority. This means, among other things, that:

• Data is not used for advertising purposes;
